They are self sticking arch foot cushions, which can be washed and reused over and over again.

Directions:
-Apply gel foot pad to clean, oil/cream free and dry foot.
-Place gel foot cushion directly to skin.
-Remove gel foot protector at night to allow skin to breathe.
-Remove by gently peeling away from skin.
-Hand wash with warm soapy water and air dry to allow pad to get sticky again.

They just arrived. I have not yet had a chance to try them out. My doctor recommended Atlas Biomechanics ball of foot callus pads. These are the same foot cushions my doctor gave me at 1/2 the price. Looking forward to trying them out since they are re-usable gel.

Been using these ball of foot ,metatarsal stick on foot pads for my patients for several years now. They peel off the skin easily. These gel pads self stick and are re-usable for months. Thanks Atlas Biomechanics.

I highly recommend Atlas Biomechanics' ball of foot gel cushion pads. These are self sticking and re-usable. I prescribe them for my patients with callus, metatarsal and Morton's Neuroma issues.
