Best heel lifts for limb length discrepancy February 26, 2026 Reviewer: Jeffrey Fisher from Marco Island, FL United States   I have tried many heel lifts over the years for my short leg due to a hip replacement surgery. These Atlas Biomechanics heel lifts are the best I have tried. My orthopedic surgeon recommended Atlas Biomechanics heel lifts. They have made a huge difference. Decreased pain on the short leg, ankle, knee, hip and lower back.  Perfect fit and height. Comfortable material. Double sided tape to hold the heel lift in the shoe.  I highly recommend. Exchange July 26, 2023 Reviewer: Sabrina Di Marzio from Anaheim, CA United States   Hi, I accidentally bought the large size when I actually need the smalls. Atlas Biomechanics exchanged them quickly and even mailed them before they received mine. Great customer service. Their heel lifts make a big difference in my unequal leg length. Great service February 21, 2022 Reviewer: John Hubler from Dundalk, MD United States   These work well for me and the shipping was fast. The 1/8 inch heel lifts fit well in my shoes and correct my unequal limb length from hip surgery. They are comfortable and durable.  Now my short leg issue is fixed. Exactly what I wanted June 16, 2018 Reviewer: Maggie from Santa Barbara, CA United States   I wear a 1/8" heel lift in my left shoe. I used to buy them on another site but when I tried to reorder I could no longer find them. I was thrilled to find them here and at a much better price! Shipping was very fast, but due to my own ordering error, I had to exchange the first lifts . My corrected order arrived as quickly as the first. The lifts are good quality and perfect for my needs.
