Heel lifts May 13, 2026 Reviewer: Joanne Rauscher from Morrisville, VT United States   Finally a place to buy 1/2 inch heel lifts at a reasonable price.  Don't yet now how they'll stand up but at this price I can experiment! Stuck on the outside of my shoe September 28, 2023 Reviewer: Diana Cundell from Philadelphia, PA United States   Works great. I stuck the 1/2 inch heel lift to the base of my shoe and so far so good. It is enough lift to even up my gait. Cannot put inside my shoes as otherwise they won’t fit! Was this review helpful to you?

Seems  hard like rubber but should work just fine under the pads inside of shoes or for me to glue between layers in flip flops. One way to find out. The 12mm picture shows a heel indent. 1/2 inch heel lift August 3, 2023 Reviewer: Lisa Hiebert from Grunthal, MB Canada   My 1/2 inch heel lifts have made a big difference in my unequal limb length. My short leg used to cause ankle, knee and lower back pain. Now it is much better. Fits well in my shoe. I have tried others in the past and this heel lift so far helps the most.  Comfortable and durable shoe lift. Glad my doctor recommended atlas biomechanics. Arrived quickly.
