Excellent lifts, good materials, sticky-backed April 25, 2023 Reviewer: Ollie W.   I've been using these lifts for about a week so far to address my leg length discrepancy and they work perfectly. The material appears to be the same as what I had previously gotten from an orthopedic shoe shop, it has just a little give while being firm enough to offer plenty of support. The online image made me wonder if they had a cupped heel (which I did not want) but they do not, they are flat both on the top and bottom. The 3" Large version I got is about 4.25" in length; my previous orthopedic ones were about 5.5" in length but it doesn't seem to matter. The black color is helpful in matching things like my black flip-flops. Each lift has a large rectangular adhesive patch on the bottom, you peel off the protective backing and can stick it to your shoe or under your orthotic. Getting 10 at once allowed me to put them in all my shoes, which is much easier than just having one or two lifts that have to be shifted around between shoes. Highly recommended. 1/2 inch Heel Inserts September 23, 2022 Reviewer: Jim Martin from Tampa, FL United States   Its nice that someone makes and sells inserts that actually fit my shoes (size 13). Additionally, these inserts also come in one piece versus buying thinner inserts and glueing them or using some sort of adhesive to stick them together. Lastly, buying a package of 10 heel inserts allow me to use them in several shoes w/o having to constantly remove them from one set of shoes and add them to another pair. Great 1/2" Heel Lift July 11, 2018 Reviewer: Larry Rose from Scottsdale, AZ United States   My 1/2" heel lift makes a huge difference in my unequal leg length. Tried others but these are the best.
