Stuck on the outside of my shoe September 28, 2023 Reviewer: Diana Cundell from Philadelphia, PA United States   Works great. I stuck the 1/2 inch heel lift to the base of my shoe and so far so good. It is enough lift to even up my gait. Cannot put inside my shoes as otherwise they won’t fit! Was this review helpful to you?

Seems  hard like rubber but should work just fine under the pads inside of shoes or for me to glue between layers in flip flops. One way to find out. The 12mm picture shows a heel indent. 1/2 inch heel lift August 3, 2023 Reviewer: Lisa Hiebert from Grunthal, MB Canada   My 1/2 inch heel lifts have made a big difference in my unequal limb length. My short leg used to cause ankle, knee and lower back pain. Now it is much better. Fits well in my shoe. I have tried others in the past and this heel lift so far helps the most.  Comfortable and durable shoe lift. Glad my doctor recommended atlas biomechanics. Arrived quickly. 1/2 Inch Heel Lift July 17, 2023 Reviewer: Henry Young from Pearland, TX United States   This is a good product. I've been using these 1/2 inch heel lifts for about a week. Treating my leg length discrepancy and they work perfectly. The material appears to be the same as what I had previously gotten from an orthopedic shoe shop, it has just a little give while being firm enough to offer plenty of support. The 3" Large version I got is about 4.25" in length; my previous orthopedic ones were about 5.5" in length but it doesn't seem to matter. The black color is helpful in matching things like my black flip-flops. Each lift has a large rectangular adhesive patch on the bottom, you peel off the protective backing and can stick it to your shoe or under your orthotic. Getting 10 at once allowed me to put them in all my shoes, which is much easier than just having one or two lifts that have to be shifted around between shoes. Highly recommended. Firm but comfortable shoe 1/2" heel lift. Will rebuy when needed. Was this review helpful to you?

1/2 inch heel lift June 15, 2023 Reviewer: Cate Wallace from Salt Lake City, UT United States   My short leg is now treated with Atlas Biomechanics 1/2 inch heel lift. It makes a huge difference on my unequal limb length. Durable, comfortable and double sided tape to hold them in my shoe.  My knee, hip and lower back don't hurt anymore. Nice company to deal with. Excellent lifts, good materials, sticky-backed April 25, 2023 Reviewer: Ollie W.   I've been using these lifts for about a week so far to address my leg length discrepancy and they work perfectly. The online image made me wonder if they had a cupped heel (which I did not want) but they do not, they are flat both on the top and bottom. 1/2 inch Heel Inserts September 23, 2022 Reviewer: Jim Martin from Tampa, FL United States   Its nice that someone makes and sells inserts that actually fit my shoes (size 13). Additionally, these inserts also come in one piece versus buying thinner inserts and glueing them or using some sort of adhesive to stick them together. Lastly, buying a package of 10 heel inserts allow me to use them in several shoes w/o having to constantly remove them from one set of shoes and add them to another pair.
