We were traveling to Italy and walking would be very difficult for me because of broken toes. My Physical therapist recommended carbon plate insoles/stabilizers. I found Atlas Biomechanics on website, however, normal shipping would take a week or more. I needed insoles within 4-5 days. I contacted customer support. Teri sent the insoles to me via FED EX and they arrived within 2 business days. It enabled me to wear them for short periods before our trip. This was above and beyond any personalized customer service I have experienced. Thank you to Teri and her staff!
