Best Extra Thick Toe Spacer Tuesday, November 18, 2025 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Westwood, MA United States   Extra thick big toe separator is the real deal. Cushions and prevents my big toe from rubbing on the other toes. Tried others in the past and these are the best quality so far. Lasts a long time, does not fall apart like other. Quality foam. Extra large foam toe spacer Monday, December 16, 2024 Reviewer: Sandra Smith from Wheeling, WV United States   Good product. Quick shipping. Cushions and separates my big toe from the second hammertoe. Only thing I found that actually helps toe pain. Extra Thick Toe Spacers Tuesday, April 12, 2022 Reviewer: Gratia Williams from New York, NY United States   My husband has been using Atlas Biomechanics' extra thick toe separators for about a week and can't walk without them. He has tried a couple of different toe cushions in the past but says these toe spacers work the best. He likes how thick they are ( 1/2 inch) , the durability and comfort on his big toe.
