5 of 5 Doctor Prescribed September 2, 2023
Reviewer: Helen from Boynton Beach
My orthopedic doctor prescribed Atlas Biomechanics' carbon stabilizer rigid plate for arthritis pain in the first metatarsal joint She wanted to put me in a walking boot and do extensive foot surgery! That was just not going to work for me. As an alternative, she told me to order a carbon insole plate from Atlas Biomechanics.  The plate is thin and lightweight and can be worn under my prescription orthotics in my sneakers. The extra stiffness is helping to take pressure off that joint. My big toe joint is feeling a lot better and now no foot surgery for me. Glad my orthopedic doctor recommended Atlas Biomechanics' carbon rigid foot plate.

5 of 5 Carbon Rigid Foot Plate June 22, 2022
Reviewer: Steve Gill from Hamilton, OH United States
Been using my new carbon rigid foot plate insole for my arthritic big toe joint. Was going to get surgery but my orthopedic doctor recommended I try Atlas Biomechanics plate first. Took about a day to get used to it but boy does it make a huge difference. Prevents my joint from moving and stops the pain, about 85% relief. I placed it under my sneakers insole. I received a pair and since I only use one, I now have an extra for a different shoe.

5 of 5 Great product! Helps me walk again! April 25, 2021
Reviewer: M. H. from Fort Worth, TX United States
The Carbon Stabilizer Insole Plate has made it possible for me to walk again without hurting my foot.
When I broke a toe, it was too painful to walk on.  So, I stayed off of it.  When it healed, it was still very sore.  I found this Atlas Biomechanics Insole plate.  Yay!  Immediately I could walk with no more pain.  I am so very thankful for this product.  Also, for the help I received from Teri.  She helped me with a return when I ordered the wrong size.  Now I am a very, very happy customer.  Also, Atlas Biomechanics sends TWO insoles for about $50.  I looked on Amazon, and some of their sellers send ONLY ONE insole for about $50.  Shop directly with Atlas Biomechanics for the best deal for your money!!

5 of 5 Just what the doctor ordered (literally) April 1, 2021
Reviewer: Liz Jaggers from Worthington, OH United States
After a visit to my podiatrist for pain in the first metatarsal joint, he wanted to put me in a walking boot! I’m a dog walker and that was just not going to work for me. As an alternative, he told me to order a carbon insole plate.  The plate is thin and lightweight and can be worn under my prescription orthotics in my hiking boots and tennis shoes. The extra stiffness is helping to take pressure off that joint and my foot is beginning to feel better.

5 of 5 Stiff insoles work for surgery recovery October 26, 2020
Reviewer: Richard from California, United States
These stiff insoles are working great to limit flexion in the forefoot. I suffer from hallux rigidus/limitus and am recovering from surgical fusion of the hallux joint.

5 of 5 Great insole and great customer service! December 19, 2019
Reviewer: Tamara Olcott from Portland, OR United States
I have arthritis in my big toe, and I've tried everything to alleviate the pain. This insole is very thin, but also rigid, so I can walk comfortably without my toe bending. Works great! I got a size 9 for my 9.5 shoe. I emailed the customer service several times, asking questions in an attempt to get the right product in the correct size. They responded very quickly and were very helpful.

5 of 5 Carbon Stabilizer Plates Insole is a Great Product May 9, 2019
Reviewer: Dr. Larry Hyatt from Sedona, AZ
Been prescribing carbon stabilizer plates from Atlas Biomechanics for my patients after trying them myself. They are the best on the market after trying other carbon stabilizer plate insoles. I use them for patients with toe and metatarsal fractures, 1st MPJ (big toe joint) arthritis (hallux rigidus) and turf toe. They are thin, durable and really work. Thanks for their great customer service.
Dr. Hyatt
