Tried many arch supports through out the years and these felt arch pads are the best. I peeled off the back paper and glued under my shoe's insole. They form to my feet and stops my plantar fascia pain.

Arch support pads make a big difference on my plantar fasciitis and heel spur pain.  I can either glue them into my shoe or stick them onto my arch. Either way they form to my feet and relieve my arch pain. My podiatrist used the exact same ones. Happy I found these arch cookie supports on their website.

Use Atlas Biomechanics arch foot pads for my patients for several years. They work great for their plantar fasciitis and pronation. Our office either applies the arch pad directly to the arch or we place it under the shoe's insole. Either way it works well for them. Nice company to deal with.

The foot pads I plan to use in my shoe for my right arch arrived quickly. I've already used one pad and I think it will do the job! The felt support and cushions my fallen arches causing my plantar fasciitis and heel spur.  I can peel off the felt arch pad and stick them either to my arch directly or to my shoe's insole. Now I am able to hike without arch and heel pain.
