How to Use Gel Dancer's Pads
-Apply gel dancer's / sesamoid pad to a clean and dry foot
-Wearing sock ensures the gel foot pad stays in place but is not mandatory
-Position gel dancer's (sesamoid) pad so the opening is placed around the big toe joint or affected area
-After use, remove the gel foot pad by gently peeling it away from the skin
-Do not put powder, lotions or medications on this dancer's pad or the skin while using
-Gel sesamoid pad and skin must be dry and clean for it to stick
-This foot pad can be used over and over again.

Very good pads and very good service! Cushions my sesamoid and metatarsals. I just wash them and they become sticky again.

Received yesterday.  Using gel dancers pads on my sore foot sesamoiditis. My doctor recommended Atlas Biomechanics sesamoid dancer pads. They do a good job off loading my foot pain. Easy use, they are re-usable and sticks over and over again.

I do ballroom dance and sometimes get pain on the metatarsal heads.  I  help with ball of foot metatarsal discomfort.  I tried multiple ways of positioning and the best was just before the metatarsal boney heads.  It really created more comfort in other places on the foot.  They are for me. These dancer pads cushion my sesamoids. Re-usable and self sticking.

Easy to use.  Clear instructions.  Thanks. Sticks well to my ball of foot and it is re-usable which is a plus. They cushion my callus and  sesamoid.  Allows me to walk without pain.
